CRAFT FILLED SASH DETAILS;
- 35*50 mm sized %8-12 oven-dried wood as finger joint connection which frames the sash.
- 32 *35,2 mm Honeycomb filling is used in the middle which is 175/gm2 weight and durable to 1,1
kgm2 pressure
- Lock ares are covered by fir wood. There are three pieces of fir wood at the bottom that allowes sash
to be cut up to 8 cm if needed.
- Surface of the Sash is 2 mm pvc sheet and surface is covered by Synthetic resin film
by inline technique.
- Edges are covered by 0,8 mm pvc sheets.
